Ashish brings with him 32 years of varied International and multicultural background in Profit Centre Management, company turn arounds and business start ups.
He has held senior leadership positions in the industry with Mercury Travels, International Travel House (ITH), SITA World Travel & Reliance Retail, including companies in the U.K. He works regularly on projects managed by CAPA & Deloitte Consulting, as a domain consultant.

A Travel, Hospitality and Airlines veteran for over 30 years, Robin is President – Asia of The Travel Corporation. The Travel Corporation is a highly successful international travel group with over 25 award winning brands. These include Insight Vacations, Trafalgar Tours, Contiki Holidays, Uniworld Cruises, Thompson Gateway Africa, Red Carnation Hotels and other leisure interests.
Dr. Yap began his career with the group as Sales Executive of Insight Vacations in the General Sales Agent’s office in 1985, taking the role of Insight Vacations Managing Director when the company opened its own offices soon afterwards. He has held a variety of leadership positions that have positively impacted the company’s continued growth, most recently as Managing Director Singapore of The Travel Corporation.
Prior to joining Insight Vacations, Robin spent 10 years with Singapore Airlines and its subsidiary companies. During this period, he served in a variety of capacities including Technical Supplies in Engineering Division, Marketing, Tourism Development, Advertising & Promotion and Sales.
In the travel industry, he served as Deputy President of National Association of Travel Agents, NATAS from 2006 to 2008. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Chairman activities of Pacific Asia Travel Association Singapore Chapter and International Advisory Board member of Maison de la France. He is also a member of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry Skills Training Committee Council of WDA.
He holds professional qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations and Management from United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia. He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Hull, UK in 1995. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, The International Professional Managers Association, Marketing Council Asia and a CHARTERED MARKETER, CIMUK.
Robin was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal), PBM by the President of Singapore in 2010 for rendering commendable public service in Singapore.

Sanjay Shah has a Masters in structural engineering, is a gold medalist at Bombay University and Managing Director since last 13 years of Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd. He has a rich experience of business background since the last 25 years as a civil engineer, share broker, portfolio manager, website developer,and travel organizer.
Sanjay has a rich experience of product information, servicing customers, administration on tour to different countries and within office, marketing, developing franchise network, training staff and all aspects of the company.
He has a keen interest in reading and is familiar with European and American history, works of Lenin, Marx and other Russian authors, besides modern management and investment gurus. His ambition is to bring Flamingo Transworld into a strong entity in India and international level. He is also very sensitive to social implications of a big corporate and therefore wants a company that benefits its employees, its customers, suppliers and above all adds value to society.

Sunila Patil is a renowned face in the tourism industry. An avid traveler and a destination expert, her mastery in developing tour itineraries across the six continents is commendable.
She is an MSc – Physiotherapy with Neurology from KEM hospital, Mumbai. She was awarded the Dr. PN Berry scholarship program for UK. Later, she also completed the Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore.
Destiny drove her to tourism and she has been there for 17 years.Her association with travel began when she married Mr. Himanshu Patil, son of Shri Kesari Patil, Founder Chairman of Kesari Tours.Post marriage along with her medical practice she started helping out in product development at Kesari and gradually her creative and marketing sense pushed her into conceptualizing newspaper advertisements and corporate brochures.
When the moment of truth arrived, she chose travel over medical practice.And then there was no looking back. When the company started operations in Pune and Bengaluru she went all out to set up the offices.When the company entered into business of tailor made holidays, it was most natural to give her the reins. The division – Strawberi Holidays flourished under her able Directorship and in a very short span of time earned most celebrated awards of the travel industry.She also set up the first international office at London and the division of Inbound Holidays. She was also an outstanding Tour Manager and guests’ darling to destinations like Europe, Scandinavia, USA, South America and Antarctica.She has represented the company at various trade fairs, exhibitions and tourism marts. Manas Sinha is heading the Regional Marketing Office-India, of Singapore based Banyan Tree Group’s portfolio of Hotels & Resorts under Banyan Tree and Angsana brands. Launching the office in 2012, he looks after the marketing, branding, business development and travel industry sales support in India for the group’s luxury properties located overseas. Working closely with key stakeholders the groups revenue rose by 65% from India Outbound in last one year.
